Almost every product that we carry is unique and one-of-the-kind. The items may look similar but they are different. We make special effort to take the pictures as clearly as possible for our customers. The pictures are the best images that we were able to get. Sometimes the picture may seem larger and more colorful than the actual product due to the lighting and other factors. It is important to review the products in detail before purchasing. Product Care
These products are unique, quite fragile and need special care. Even though most of the stones and crystals have been polished, you may find little chips on the sides. This is normal as stones and crystals cannot be mined without any damages. Normally, if you find a crystal that appears perfect in shape and color, it is not natural from the mine, but it is man-made or has been polished or treated to be used as gems.

Instructions to clean and care for the product will be placed inside the package together with the packing slip. If for some reason, the care instruction is not inside the package, please email us at MbecStonesCrystals@gmail.com and we will be happy to send you the care instructions through email.

Product Quality
Most of the stones and crystals have been polished in some kind of forms such as points, spheres, slabs, and beads. Some of the stones and crystals have been treated to enhance their colors.
